Sponsorship information is posted! The $150 sponsorships are due at the next rodeo Feb.23. That is the date for the mandatory $150 but we will accept other sponsorships after Feb. 23 too! Please include a logo with your form or email one to me for the ad.

Our next rodeo is Feb. 22, 2020. We hope you enjoy the break and have a wonderful holiday with you family and friends. Postmark date is Feb. 7 and call in for changes is Feb. 17. Since is has been such a long break since our last rodeo, I will post a list of those entry forms that were left at the last rodeo.
There will be a softball tournament going on during our March rodeo so if you plan to stay in a hotel in Graham, you will need to make your reservations NOW.

Please deposit your winning checks ASAP. Working on reconciling bank balance! Checks are only good for 90 days so please get them cashed. We will have information on shirts you can buy coming soon so watch the Facebook site and here. Once information is received concerning sponsorships, we will post to let you know.
We need parent volunteers. Please see Brandon Brackney if you can help out during events. You can message me too and I will let you know where. Thanks you to Mrs. DeGeer for taking care of our 4U goody bags and Brittany Magin for auditing results.
Call ins are on Mondays for changes and new entries! After Monday at 9:00, no changes will be made. Additions and new entries can be made at the rodeo. Late entries will not be in the draw and there will be a $50 late fee.
Updates will be made to the rulebook as needed by the board. For this year, we will be following rules in the National HS Rodeo Association. See their rulebook at: https://www.nhsra.com/rulebook/ Rules for 4U, 6U and 10U events have not changed.
Other changes are covered in the welcome letter. There will again be a 15-19 age group. We will payout in each go of the 11-14 and 15-19 TD but points will only be given in the 1st go. There will not be Open points given toward All Around. You may enter and run both your age group and the Open. Prizes for the Open at the finals will be determined by the board. Please contact board for questions on rules. Updates will be posted as clarifications are made.
Stalls will be first come, first served. NO PRE-RESERVATIONS. There will be staff at Young County Arena until around 10:00 then those arriving later will use stalls for late arrivals which must be paid for the next morning first thing.
